One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services+
OASIS+ is a government-wide, multiple-award contracting solution that streamlines the procurement of complex, service-based solutions across the federal enterprise. Available to any federal agency with a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA), OASIS+ supports a broad range of mission requirements through flexible, performance-based acquisitions.
This suite of Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts features a five-year base period with a five-year option, enabling a total potential ordering period of up to 10 years. While award dates may vary by contractor, all contracts within a given Multiple Award Contract (MAC) domain share the same end date, ensuring consistency across ordering activities.
OASIS+ is open to all federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs). It is not currently available for use by state or local governments.
Contract scope is organized into domains—functional groupings of services aligned by NAICS codes and size standards. Each domain is structured to help ordering agencies efficiently match their requirements with qualified industry partners.
